Jen Winn, MSEd/ACRW is a seasoned career services professional who experienced firsthand that professional paths are no longer linear in nature. Jen began her career on Wall Street, working for 8+ years in financial services as an operations manager and business analyst at banks including Citibank and Morgan Stanley. Jen worked on global teams, collaborated with executives, and assisted in interviewing and hiring professionals to complete projects.
Jen transitioned into the field of higher education, completing a Master’s degree specializing in college counseling and student affairs. Jen has worked with college students, entry-level job seekers, adult learners, career changers, military transition professionals, and executives in defining their professional goals and next steps. Jen has given countless workshops on resume writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, and interview preparation. Jen recently started Resumighty, which offers career preparation services to clients.
