In 2024, we helped craft 554 executive stories into compelling career marketing materials – that’s over 1.5 million words dedicated to showcasing professional excellence! Our reach expanded dramatically, touching the lives of over 8.2 million LinkedIn members. Yes, you read that right – 8,268,783 professionals connected with our content, strategies, and insights. This incredible reach culminated in my December Career Talk with Andrew Seaman at LinkedIn, where 40,000 job seekers joined us.

Personal Adventures: When Work Meets Wildlife 🏔️

Success isn’t just about professional achievements. This year brought me some unforgettable personal moments, including an unexpected birthday networking session with a black bear in Yellowstone! Hiking the Upper Falls trail, my husband and I came around the bridge at the same time a black bear did. We were face-to-face, both stunned, for about 10 seconds before he took off down the side of the trail. It was definitely a heart-stopping moment.

From hiking the breathtaking Yellowstone River Overlook Trail to watching Old Faithful’s majestic display, these adventures reminded me of the importance of balance and the unexpected joy of life’s surprises.
