Indeed.com pushes out Careerbuilder and Monster for “most relevant medical sales search” in the month of July
Courtesty of Peggy McKee, the Medical Sales Recruiter
Website: http://www.phcconsulting.com.
News of the day: Indeed.com posted 9.1M searches for medical sales in July, which eclipsed Monster (4.1M) and Careerbuilder (4.4M). This makes sense. It is an aggregator of jobs. Meaning, it gathers job information from everywhere and posts it all together. Handy, huh? Maybe–maybe not… Here’s one key point for you to remember: As many positions as those sites have posted, they don’t have everything. In a tough market like we’re in now, a jobseeker will not be successful without looking for the jobs that aren’t on these sites but that are on individual recruiter sites (like ours – PHC Consulting) or small company career pages. Also, I would encourage job seekers to develop new, bigger networks and to work them methodically. Relying on online job searching just isn’t going to get you where you want to go.

Hi, I’m Jessica. I started this company back in 2008 after more than a decade directing hiring practices at Fortune 500 companies.
What started as a side hustle (before that was even a word!) helping friends of friends with their resumes has now grown into a company that serves hundreds of happy clients a year. But the personal touch? I’ve kept that.
You might have seen me featured as a resume expert in publications like Forbes, Fast Company, and Fortune. And in 2020, I was honored to be named as a LinkedIn Top Voice of the year!
I’m so glad you’re here, and I can’t wait to help you find your next perfect-fit position!
